Not really, he tweeted RIP Harambe to take a shot at K. Williams gorilla wideouts. Still a tool.
A tool, but I thought his kids dominated....Husker wideouts really failed to compete...except for old #1...we will miss him
His looked far better than ours when it counts. Who cares about the NFL. They don't do us much good when gone. There's a reason he's on Urbans staff and ours is not.
Pretty sure it isn't automatically because of coaching... when you bring in top receivers and they play alongside top lineman, QBs and RBs, that all helps them to look better as well. Not saying he can't coach, but coaching is often easier when you have great players across the board...
To say that urban wouldn't want Williams on his staff (off the field issues aside) I think might be a stretch... I would be willing to bet guys like Lindsey aren't committing to Zach Smith. They are committing to Urban and OSU. Smith is in a great place. Not sure how well he would do if he were at Nebraska and Williams were at OSU.
I will give another explanation...you have average receivers talent wise...a couple gamers but no explosion and no guys that have ideal NFL size combined with good speed...and maybe you guys over estimated your WR talent (and coaching) because of the style of O you play?

If the tweet had come from anyone other than a coach it would be funny. But Smith just needs to STFU. I'm way far from being an insider, but there have been rumors he'll be replaced after this season.

If we had done to OSU what they did to us, me thinks Williams would have had a similarly obnoxious tweet for Smith.
Smith is a great recruiter and the kids love him.
Nothing wrong with him just a competitor...your DUI coach isn't a saint either.

The WR's didn't dominate. Their TE and Samuel did well. Guy is still a dbag, but we did crap the bed.
