Has until 5 o’clock today to sign with Mets.
Don’t the Mets basically lose on all fronts of Rocker doesn’t sign?
Kendall Rogers says it looks like he’s heading back to Vandy.
So if he doesn't sign, does he go back to Vandy?
I hate it for our team, but it should be an exciting battle for the SEC title next year.
No. No he won't.The Ncaa is so messed up right now and with NIL, Kumar want lose any money as far as next year, fact is for next year I bet he makes more money for a year by staying at Vandy.
I dont think anyone will ever face late 2019/early 2021 Kumar again
If he was smart he would transfer out of that pitcher hell. I guess it is hard to leave the full ride. The Vandy coach don't give a **** about his health.
What a smart move by Carter Stewart. 21 years old, on a 6 year, $7 million dollar contract in Japan. Yeah college is fun, but sign me up for that any day.
Agreed. Something is very very wrong with his arm for it to get to this point.
No deal, and apparently not going back to college ball.

Right. He needs to go somewhere that protects pitchers' arms. Such as, well..... you know. ***
Either something is really bad with his arm (only the mets doctors felt this way, no other doctor did) or they were trying to low ball him and lost. The Mets are still paying Bobby Bonilla I believe, so maybe they were trying to save some moolah. Either way, I just don't understand not signing a pitcher who has been dominant in college who was cleared by other doctors. Worth the risk if you ask me.
