2:14 till the half. Essex ball around the 50. KW 7-0. Both defenses are playing great.

Essex needs to establish a running game. Focused to much on the pass. If you gonna pass, spread it around to all your WR, not just 2. Main RB Harris on the sideline with cramping issues.

Kam Robinson in space is trouble. Young man is huge with a lot of speed.

Tough loss. Essex hung around and capitalized at the end. Really was hard for either team to get in a rhythm. Seemed like someone was cramping every few plays. Hats off to Essex. The game had a playoff atmosphere in September

Man yall better stop it I watched the Riverheads game there isn't a 1A team that's close to them they probably would have won tonight if there best player didn't get hurt in the first quarter. Lb played a perfect game and kept the ball away from Riverheads. Essex is good but they still 21 points behind Riverheads. Just my thoughts.

I agree. Riverheads battled with the #8 ranked team in 3A. Not only did they do that, they did it with their star player out due to an early injury. The polls may show a change in rankings during the year but Riverheads is still the team to beat on the 1A level.

I’m wondering also. At one point, the line to get in was 100 yards or more along the fence with a bunch of people already in the stadium. Had just as many people standing 3/4 around the fence circling the field as it was in the stands. Even the concession stand ran out of a couple items. That Essex @ King & Queen game in 2 weeks may end up just as packed.

I stink at guessing number of people in crowds, but I'd guesstimate 2500 people and that might be a lowball number.

I heard when all is said and done the attendance figure will be around 2,000
