According to ESPN First take Kyrie said he won’t play anywhere if Nets trade him and will retire instead of getting the COVID vaccine.

Wiggins taking nearly 9 million dollar pay cut and likely won’t play home games for the Warriors refusing vaccination as well. few other players in the mix as well Brad Beal is another.

I respect their decisions. The vaccine shouldn’t be forced among citizens.
Also do our players have to be vaccinated to play ?

My wife has no option on getting a flu shot for her job. Get the shot or you can't work. I had no option getting TB tests and showing the results when I was working in healthcare facilities. Do it or you can't work. Most all of us went to schools where you either got your series of childhood vaccinations, or you weren't welcome. If they choose to give up their job and their income over it, then whatever.

My job Credentialing has the flu shot as a requirement, but there is also a declination option. And I work in hospitals.

We don't require our employees to get vaxxed, but they do have to use PTO if out with Covid, while those vaxxed do not. We're also considering the logistics of requiring non-vaxxed employees to pay for weekly testing in order to come onsite. That ought to be an interesting discussion with employees.

Like the example above, it's hard to demand for someone to get vaxxed, but the team/company can pretty much do whatever they want to make it uncomfortable to avoid it.

My good friend from childhood died directly after receiving the vaccine. He was a great physician and the smartest guy I ever knew. He was so bright and had that special element to him.

All they were able to tell his family was COVID was lying dormant in his organs and there was some sort of negative reaction when he got the shot.

The brainwashed masses who can’t understand all of this is unconstitutional are scary to me. Very scary, but this is what government run education will get you.

As usual, plenty of misinformation here. First of all, neither the NBA nor their franchises are requiring them to be vaccinated. Instead it is the local mandates in New York and San Francisco that says that they can’t play indoors without the vaccine.
