17 um.........anybody who plays everybody in the sec west

this yr takes a back seat to nobody. as of today the sec west is (correct me if i'm wrong) 25-0 against the rest of the world and i doubt it will change much the second half. those pack 12 wusses couldn't run this guantlet in 5 seasons.

Not many people are aware of this, so we should forgive his ignorance, but the SEC West has won several national championships and bowl games lately.

There are only 3 more chances for an SECW team to lose to someone not in the SECW. If Ark wins this weekend against UGA I don't see them turning around and losing to Mizzou. I really don't believe LSU will lose to UK and it's crazy I'm even considering it but they've looked really bad a couple times already.

#10 Georgia @ Arkansas
Kentucky
@ LSU
Arkansas @ Missouri

Does he realize we've already screwed with our scheduling starting in 2016?

He also conveniently left off Bama's win over WVU and LSU's win over Wisconsin. Heck, LSU may be the 6th-best team in our division, and they beat one of the better Big 10 squads.

I think you forgot Auburn @ UGA. Not that I think UT will beat either Ole Miss or Bama, but they aren't exactly a cake walk. Neither is our trip to UK. If USCe plays like they did against UGA down on the plains, they could potentially beat Auburn.

I didn't leave them off, I just don't think anyone in the East stands a chance to beat Auburn. UT lost to UF who just got beat by a bad LSU team. I don't think UT is going to beat anyone in the West.

Of course things could change but based on play right now the 3 I listed are the only realistic chances.

I'd like to see the article that explains why we SHOULD schedule tougher.

Unless I'm mistaken, we are sitting pretty at #1. Is there one legitimate reason to beef up the schedule other than ego stroking or to comply with conference requests? Could the schedule be tougher? Yes. Why should we make it tougher? No good reason.

Haters gon' hate. 17 em.

In my mind, last year was Exhibit A and this year is Exhibit B of why we should not schedule tough non-conference games. We gave it a shot last season, and it nearly cost us a bowl game. Think how important that piddly Liberty Bowl was in terms of confidence and the grand scheme of things now. Then, after playing three so called cream puffs earlier this year, we've still catapulted ourselves to #1 just by beating teams in our own division. Seriously, it's a situation of having everything to lose and practically nothing to gain

but this yr the sec west is even more dominant than it has been. heck, all 7 teams are good. i would not be shocked if the west does win out. and i think a one loss sec west team that doesn't win the sec should be in the playoff.

Apparently he didn't see we have the #1 toughest schedule currently. Even with our OOC schedule.

Every team we've faced has earned their fist ***-whooping from us thus far. That changes in two weeks. But, you can't knock that. Name another team who's done that. Seriously, you stat guru's get on this.

Nailed it. With the teams that we play every year in the SEC West, we have every opportunity to earn our respect....there is nothing to gain from scheduling tough non-conference games.

SEC West teams should play Oregon. Oh, wait..

Writes an article about the SECW dominance but can only seem to discuss our non conference schedule... Yeah, I guess we would trade our schedule for UCLA or USC's any day of the week, bud... Just tell them how to get in touch with us.

LSU and Auburn did and whipped the Ducks both times. The author tried to use Notre Dame to support his point and Bama whipped them, too.
