She graduated. Really good player. Losing her to injury late last year really hurt us. She played a good bit for Colombia in the group stage of Copa America but not much in the knockout rounds.
Just finished 1st half. Man, we’re playing a lot of freshmen & they’re looking good. Several girls who were more attacking players last year are in more defensive positions. Alivia Buxton is looking good in holding midfield. New GK looks good. Ally Perry & Zoe Main are dangerous. Big time players. One bad back pass but otherwise dominant vs a really good team.
She is not afraid to take a shot. And she’s a threat to score from anywhere in the final third.
Man, we might have a really good team again. This one was a resume builder.
Just watched it on delay, hell of a game, one **** back pass but dominated 1st half. 2nd half was sketchy but got the job done with the penalty score.
Had wake played all game like the 2nd half, we might have been too gassed to stop them, but they might not have had the legs either to play that strong
