Veteran offensive line, defensive line and OLBs. Rb's though new played some last year and are very large and have speed. On defense Ilbs and secondary are all new. That is where the challenge will be. Not that our secondary has ever been lights out even in the best years. Those new Ilbs will be the key. About 3 weeks to go!

I read tht earlier... sounds like the same ole Lafayette domimation in the reg season unless someone like smithfield can streal one.

Always good to play a new team and cannot remember ever playing Monacan. Done Dinwiddie now (like to play them here though) still never played LT, that would a nice challenge. Played the various Battlefield teams over the years. We'll see what happens. With more than the usual new starters Smithfield might steal one in game 2 depending how they fare against Dinwiddie in game 1. This year Lafayette will be, barring injuries, be a far better team in November than in September.

At Turner Ashby High School, to be exact...I was there too! It's hard to believe that was practically twenty years ago!
