There's talk that the University of Memphis will take over the campus.

To make it sports-related, several D-2 & at least two I-AA schools are going to be scrambling to find new opponents this coming football season.

may want to expand their presence in Jackson, but it would be nice if Union would buy it seeing that they have very similar purposes.
