I think it's important for Franklin to get off to a good start and try to take the crowd out of it. I look for Hicks to try to make his mark in the paint. He had 21 against Northumberland. Tomlin will have to hold his own for Lancaster in that matchup. Grant will have to play well for Franklin too. He's not very big at just 5'9, but he can score. I think this could be a defensive game, possibly in the upper 40s or 50s. For Franklin, they're not going to stop Russell, but they have to at least contain him and make him work for it. They also can't allow Diggs to go off like he did in the regional championship and put up 25 pts either. Both teams are playing their best basketball at the right time, and I look forward to a very competitive game.

How much will that rabid fan base influence the flow and outcome of this game? Comments?
It's been many years since I was at Lancaster, did they expand the gym seating/lighting?
Hard to believe it's large enough to host a state semi-final game?

Your absolutely right, Hicks and Grant will have to play big to come away with the win tonight!

Same gym the new school is being built as we speak, the gym holds 1,600 or better.

I'm a bit surprised with the four schools remaining Noone is really picking Lancaster to win it all. I mean they are back to back champions,I don't think coach Pinn gets the respect he deserves.
Lancaster has a great program, well coached, solid from top to bottom, but they lost a mammoth Hoops player that was the kind of kid that just took the game over. Not having him this year hurts, or can be the difference in a top 2 or 3 team compared to state champs. Lancaster will probably be in the thick of things for the next 10 years, but I don't think they are state title caliber for this season. Could be wrong though.

I think Franklin wins with their defense. The crowd won't phase them they have a chip on there shoulder and they playing for coach Travis felts family his wife passed away a few days ago. So they will come out swinging. It's been a lot going on in the school system this year they have a lot to play for. I feel like everyone is viewing Franklin as the weakest of the final four. But unbeknownst they are battle tested and they have a chip on their shoulders. Don't be surprised if they sweep the state tournament. Just my thoughts....

That team lost three starters to graduation, one transfer, and the only returning starter left the team. I think this only speaks to coach Pinn and his staff. I think we may see a GW, Lancaster rematch from 2023.
