We've totally changed the (pass-blocking) protections, and he's picked it up with no problems at all.
If I were a St. Louis fan, I'd be a little uneasy right now.

Overqualified? Funny that with the two jobs they pointed out, he was essentially fired from both.

one in particular that i like:

Sylvester Croom is a class act. I can't think of any better selection to coach Jackson. He's someone Jackson should look up to & respect. He needs to soak-up Sylvester Crooms like a sponge.
I see that "Crooms" is following him to St. Louis. Plus, soaking up Crooms like a sponge will require him to really like syrup.

Welcome aboard, Sylvester. Good riddance, offensive "gurus" Linehan, Saunders et al. IMHO, the inept play calling and horrible offensive line play are directly responsible for the lack of offensive production and the battered quarterback over the last two years.
