Great recession was the last time we saw a worse January in terms of layoffs. These were planned as 2026 outlook for many are not positive with more to come. Job market is in a bad place right now. I see it everyday. This along with ongoing affordability issues is going to equate to a lot of problems for people. Just another reason why midterms are going to be interesting.
