this should be the game of the week, I can see this being a new rivalry in the Seminole. There is already a lot of cross over between players as most LCA kids are forest residents. Cavalier stadium will be crazy. This game has been building up since last years scrimmage which had a scuffle or two and a lot of chatter. It should be fun. LCA 42 JF 28

After watching last years scrimmage, I think LCA's defense will be able to stop JF offense. Chris Rocco is the def. coordinator I believe and he spent 5 years playing against vmi who ran this same offense so I think they will have a good game plan. And I don't think JFs defense can stop anything LCA can do.

I don’t think either team has a defense, but I have yet to see LCA. I thought Chris Rocco was a great safety at Liberty. I just think JF will have enough gas in the end to win in the 4th quarter. We’ll have to see on Friday.

Isn't JF starting QB out for the season? If so, LCA will win

I think the difference maker in this game could be the progression of JF's passing game over the last couple weeks. This is what has REALLY opened up their run game lately. Second, JF has them at home which is big in a game like this. And I can't bet against my cavs so I'm gonna go with JF in this one.
I can see a shootout happening with JF winning by 3-7 points.
However, if that JF defense that played against Magna Vista shows up, it could be a little more lopsided.

If you’re talking about the Qb that got hurt in the Staunton River game, that was the 2ndd string Qb. He started in place of the actual starter who was recovering from an injury.

Ok that is not how it was worded

Their starting QB is the QB they have now. The one who got hurt in game one was actually their 3rd string, as the 1st and 2nd were both injured.

JF did dominate from start to finish. That offense is very hard to stop. LCA did shoot themselves in the foot with 4 fumbles inside their own 40, giving JF the ball in short field position which lead to tds and you also had a blocked punt that gave JF the ball inside the 10yd line. So yes I'll give credit to JF they came out and took that game but also LCA didn't really help their cause
