Lca will host Benedictine tonight in possibly the biggest game lca has ever had. If they win they make the 4a playoffs in the first year eligible, Which most would love to see then knocked out and when most people said it would take them 3-4 years to be competitive in the vhsl. Should be a good game, Benedictine has 3 div. 1 players, 1 to duke, 1 to vandy, and 1 that has like 10 offers. Lca has 3 div. 1 players also, 1 to uva, 1 to ecu and 1 to jmu. Should be best game in the area. I think with lca's back against the wall, they come out fighting and swinging and with a little chip on their shoulders to prove people wrong. I have the Bulldogs winning 35-21. What do y'all think?

I think Benedictine will win this one with the score just being flipped from what you posted, but if LCA does in fact beat them, they deserve to be in the playoffs IMO, because Benedictine is a really good team.
Something that may benefit LCA is the fact the Benedictine has already clinched the top seed for the playoffs in their division, so this game honestly doesn't mean a whole lot to them (Benedictine) as far as playoff seeding is concerned.
Yeah that's true but lca and Benedictine and lca have built up a good rivalry over the years so I don't think they come out not caring bout this game
Benedictine 35-14. I don't think LCA has the firepower to keep up with Benedictine's offense. Benedictine will be playing with a chip on their shoulder and this will be probably the last competitive game the Cadets have as they have already blown out everyone they will face in the playoffs.
