Leaving with dignity

[croomscrookedhat]

Through Dan's departure, I tried to keep a level head and view it as a business decision. But I, like many others, was less than impressed with the way he left, to say the least. This is the way to leave a school with dignity and respect:

We'll see how it all pans out, but for now, I'm very happy to have JoMo at the helm.

The "Mullen is a Dickhead but our Dickhead" routine was getting to be a heavy burden, glad we fired him.

Yeah.....wonder if we get anything from Dan that shows any class like that. That must have been a miserable 9 years for him here to leave with barely saying a goodbye (He barely thanked Keenum and Cohen during his gator press conference).

He basically gave his answer to all of us a week before the Egg Bowl. It was something like, "I don't care about anyone else's opinion. I care about my opinion." He was trying to say it didn't matter what reporters were saying about him leaving, but that's not what he said.

Instead, he made a broad statement about his view of the world. Straight from the horse's ego. At least that's the way I remember hearing it. I should probably go look up the video.

Nah.

Anybody else notice Fordham's colors? On top of all of his other qualifications, he has experience coaching the maroon and white. Man, Cohen really does his homework!!
