Not sure what game u watched but neither team dominated the other. Both teams have good defense and as usual Appomattox hurt them self with penalties and stupid mistakes. Game could have went either way. My take is appomattox had better athletes and more speed and Lee was bigger and stronger up front and blocked better. Going to be a tough game next sat for Giles. Have a back who reminds me a lot of Dixon from Galax.

I don't know about dominate. Neither team stepped up and took advantage of the others turnovers and mistakes. Lee finally got a pick and kept some momentum to start the 4th to get the win. Lee has a really bad weakness in the kicking game. Impressed with the size of the Lee crowd for such a long trip. Good to see that. Going to be loud and wild next week, everybody in RED.

Singlewinger92 hit the nail on the head. Keep in mind Appomattox only has 6 seniors a small junior class. You were playing against a majority of sophmores and freshman, and we had several freshman that started on the line. Congrats to Lee.

It's hard to estimate crowds, but I would say Lee had between 500 to a 1,000 people there Saturday at Appo. Even brought their full band. Considering Giles is a couple hours closer, and now they got a little more fever, I would expect a very nice turnout. And to you Lee fans coming, Giles has plenty of seating for all of you.
