He's 54 but looks 10 years older. In two more years he'll be 56 and will look at least 10 years older. He needs to settle in a place where he can be consistently good and guard against violating the law of "a job too far".

I highly recommend this comedy/drama. It looks at age with joy and optimism. Anyone who has dealt with aging parents will identify with this story.
