With all the Bo Pelini Youngstown news, I was wondering how Moss and Alexander were doing. I don't think Moss has done much this year, but Alexander appears to be doing really well. He played well at NU, so that's not a surprise. I still don't know how "legitimate" it was, but he was a top player and could have helped a lot this year.

Alexander The Great
Junior S LeRoy Alexander has been credited with 55 total tackles and 30 solo stops.
He has a team-high three interceptions and returned a fumble 50 yards against South Dakota. He also has a pair of sacks, which ranks him second on the team .
Against Illinois State he had a career-high 11 tackles, including seven solo stops. This season he has at least eight tackles in six contests.
In his first YSU game at Pittsburgh, Alexander had a pair of second-quarter interceptions, including returning one 41 yards for a touchdown.
The next week against RMU, Alexander had eight total tackles, a sack and an interception.
He is the first Penguin with interceptions in the first two games of a season since 2001.

Assuming he can "pee clean," he will be a 3rd to 5th round draft pick in 2017. He's a really good football player. I wish he was starting along side Gerry for the Huskers.

Another in a long line of Pelini potheads. Having Carl on staff doesn't bode well for him long term.
