....I mean, it's great that we are raking in some recruits here this week. And let's enjoy the Rebel propaganda machine spinning the "we didn't want him" or "he was down on our board" ******** that is being parrotted by the Yancys and Chucks of the world. But let's remember that it is still very early in the process, and commitments aren't signed letters of intent. We all remember being excited about CJ Johnson, and even superconfident about him after the lanyard incident at the Egg Bowl, but once the Rebel boosters got going, that quickly changed. This isn't over with these guys,especially with Mix and Moore, so there's no telling what will happen. I hope they stay firm and we've done what we need to do to keep them committed, and I trust that Mullen and Co. have learned all the lessons that they needed to learn, but let's not set ourselves up for failure. I'm waiting for when the ink dries next February to be truly excited about our recruiting. Until then, I'm cautiously optimistic.
