It's pretty $h*tty State fans could raise $1m for for a logo from 96 but can't give to support a program today. Not to mention just buying tickets to have a sell out.

That's with any giving - if it's immediate return people are more than likely to give. Especially if it's a specific reason.

And I bet it wouldn't raise more than 100K in my opinion.

State fans coined the phrase "MSJ". Y'all don't like the banner M. Now script &tate is gay. Never ends.

I learned earlier in coaching to not ask parents a damn thing or you get many different answers to fit the personal preferences.

But if you pay attention to social media. Looks like skinny MSU will appear for the Texas game.

You know what, I apologize. I'm looking forward to the season. But if 96 MSU is what the people want so be it.

With that said I still say MState is the best helmet and basketball logo we've ever used. However we didn't use it well on the football helmet. 09- The Dak years of white M with a white banner on a maroon helmet, it didn't pop. The 15-17 years looked good. The best look for the MState logo was a Maroon M, white banner with maroon state on a white helmet. The logo popped that way.

The Moorhead-Leach MState logo with maroon M, white banner on Maroon helmet was a nice try but it needed a thicker white trim

Also if people really want a MSU logo I'd rather see a new design of a MSU logo rather than the 96 version. I'm thinking tweak the MSJ so it looks more MSU. I like the bold block look better.

Anyways, show up and enjoy the Texas games. I have a feeling you'll see it then.

There are lots of people who’d prefer stacked MSU.

I would but I also support whatever is put on the helmet.

there is a difference between what I prefer and what I’ll support

Probably a better idea to raise money is to put 3 options out. Whichever raises the most money is the logo!

I swear that SPS has more than a few posters who would be right at home on Project Runway or any of the other fashion design reality shows.

"There is white accent piping on the jersey and THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE! AHHH!"
"Gray pants?!? We are going to wear GRAY PANTS with THAT jersey?! Are we even TRYING?"
"Why are there 2 stripes on the arms?! That looks TERRIBLE! It would obviously look better with just 1 stripe!"

Well, it appears by the latest post from the athletic department that we will be wearing the interlocking against Texas.

The logo/uniform talk is childs play here compared to the pay On3 and MSU twitter.

I think you would be surprised. Ark only had to raise 500k and it was matched to get the logo they wanted. I would bet MSU logo permanent on helmets would yield the same result as Arky.

I'm not one for telling other people how to spend their money, but I hope we don't have fans that are petty enough to withhold support beacuse of a ******* logo. That sounds like something Johnny Reb would have done when Ole Miss "banned sticks"....

Probably 2/3 of message board fans, which is a very small % of the overall fanbase. The average fan on the street is probably more like me - does. not. care...

It makes me queasy to agree with Mstateglfr but I fo on this. Who cares ? I didn't like it when Hadad and Robby put the all out blitz to go to state script. They were wanting to change it on the stadium. Cmon guys. The banner ain't bad. Interlocking is great. Just try to win

Put the MSU on the sides of the helmet, I even like a white stripe down the middle.
Put the script STATE on the front nose bumper pad and put HAIL STATE or BULLDOGS on the back bumper and you make everyone happy, - - - maybe !
