% chance this person be with MSU a year from today?

Your only choices are 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% & 100% and you can only use each choice once. So someone has to be 0% & someone has to be 100%.

Dak Prescott -
Josh Robinson -
Will Redmond -
Geoff Collins -
Dan Mullen -

I wouldn't have gone with some of these if we didn't have to use every number once, but here's what I've got:

Dak Prescott - 25%

Josh Robinson - 75%
Will Redmond - 100%
Jeff Collins - 0%
Dan Mullen - 50%

According to your rules.

Dak Prescott - 0%
Josh Robinson - 75%
Will Redmond - 100%
Geoff Collins - 25%
Dan Mullen - 50%

According to what my thoughts (and hopes) are for the way this season ends.

Dak Prescott - 0%. If we finish the way we can, he will (and SHOULD) go pro and more power to that awesome young man.
Josh Robinson - 100%. I love him but RBs just don't have a big place in the NFL.
Will Redmond - 100%. No chance he goes pro unless he gets some really bad advice.
Geoff Collins - 40%. I think we come up with enough of a pay raise to make this happen. Heck, we aren't really paying for an OC right now.
Dan Mullen - 90%. I just do not believe he is looking. He has a chance to be Bowden or Beamer. it is HIS school at this point. All of the best things done are done by him.

I dont think I understand the game.

There is almost no chance Redmond or Robinson go. Prescott and Dan are 75% easy, and Collins is 50/50 or better for me.

Since this is 5 different %s with arbitrary #s anyway, why not just rank most to least likely to stay?

Nit to be a dick, just not sure what you're doing there.

Basically you are rating them from most to least likely, having the percentages is just a fun twist that makes it challenging. You might feel that Dan & Dak are both 75% but you can't put them both so then you have to ask, which is more likely to be here.

Just a fun game to play when you're number one and everyone wants your Coach, your D-Coordinator, QB, etc.

Will Redmond - (100%) in reality - approaching 100%
Dan Mullen - 75% - in reality, I think this is probably a little higher.
Geoff Collins - 50% - in reality, I think this is about right. I think he'll get a shot at a head coaching job after this year; just not sure if he'll get one he wants to take.
Dak Prescott -25% - in reality, I think more like 35% to 40% chance of staying.
Josh Robinson - 0% - In reality, I'm guessing his odds are more like 25% to 30%. This really depends on how much he enjoys college, but he doesn't gain a lot by staying other than enjoying being the man in college. I don't think he's a RB that is going to get drafted in an early round whether he stays or not. i think he is good enough to make a team and contribute in teh NFL. I think staying is more likely to just be one year less that his body is up for professional football.

Dak 85%
JRob 80%
Redmond 100%
Collins 60% unless Fla offers which they won't. Muschamp ruined any chance of Foley hiring a Coordinator again.
Dan 110%
Good things will keep happening for MSU.
By your rules
Dak 75%
JRob 50%
Redmond 25%
Collins 0% (stupid rules)
Dan 100%
