OT: Wall shoots the ball draws air and is rebounded by MSU. The whistle dosen't blow till our guy has the ball in hand. When viewed from a different angle you see Wall look at the official, raise hands while saying foul, and then hear the whistle.

As said before the SEC should have sent their A crew not Z crew as Veazey said.

Worst call I've ever seen on such a big possession in the closing of a game. Ridiculous

was pretty bad..

There was a blocking called again MSU when Patterson got an offensive rebound at some point that was terrible. Patterson lowered his shoulder and folded a defender in half.

with exactly 3:00 to play.. It doesn't show up in the play by play for some reason but it was there because we had the ball up 7 and went right at Cousins. The ref started the block call and then changed to a charge because Slive hit a button that shocked him and reminded him that Cousins couldn't foul out of this game and cost the SEC a #1 seed.

Or the other foul on Barry?... given the foul when his Barry's 2 fingers make contact with the ball.... and Wall get the and 1... I'm getting confused there was so many... How about the over the back, when we were getting a rebound? Of course they end up with it.

Pattersons charge that was called a block, the one you mentioned where the phantom foul was called after we had already gotten the rebound, the goal tending, the all ball foul on john wall, the Vanardo 5th foul, and finally, the charge against us when Cousins would have been called for his 5th foul if it had been a block.<div>
</div><div>I choose the foul on Wall 4 seconds after he shot.</div>

really put a youtube video together for us to 1) look at on this board and vote for the worst call and 2) to send to the Ninja so he can can forward it along to the SEC home office with comments. I dont think the whole game was poorly officated, but they did decide the game . Calls I think that should be in the video include:

1) the goal tending by John Wall
2) the Patterson player control foul that was called blocking
3) the John Wall air ball that he demanded be called and the ref listened
4) the Dee Bost drive that was called a charge by Cousins (3:00 mark)

As another thread pointed out, with 3 minutes remaining and state up by 7, until the end of overtime, not one foul called on Kentucky (that includes most of these in the running for worse). Meanwhile, state hits its game average for fouls in that same time frame. I'm wearing the tinfoil on this one.

this was all in the OT - Cousins packs Osby but his forearm also catches Osby in the face (foul 1), then Wall races down the court and into the lane...draws an AND 1 on Barry when he catches all ball (there was no foul here.....great play by Wall as well as good D by Barry...should have been 2 points for KY then back the other way), then the infamous goaltend by Wall on the very next possession.

3 possessions of horsesh#$t

goodness why am i still awake

That would be having the talented young lady play the national anthem with her violin.

Oh, you mean the refs? Too many to choose from. I'm not one to ***** about the refs, and even in this one, if we don't go the last three minutes without scoring a single point in regulation, we win the game, so there's enough to be frustrated about without the refs.

That said, there were some blatantly terrible calls made in this one, particularly down the stretch.
