Bummer. Can't win em all. I do feel bad for the coaching staff that wasn't even told about Calvin. We probably end one short on the numbers we were hoping for.
Can't blame him. Kudos to JL for keeping it professional unlike a certain recruit. 17 years old or not, JL handled it like an adult. Same goes for the rest in our class. Gbr

Hey I was wrong... again! I am just in shock we really only signed 3 WR's... pending Lenoir of course. As much work as KW put in and KJJ I felt we land the 4-5 we were looking for.Maybe now that he scared off Calvin, he felt he wasn't needed anymore.
Can't sulk. Williams did great this year. But thank god we got Lindsey or this wr class would have been really lacking the depth we need (hate to say disappointing because I really like mcquitty and kjj). We already have Fuller for next year. If we can get bookie to commit this summer, maybe he can work on Hightower down at IMG. Things look bright. But it takes time to rebuild a powerhouse. Can't get it done in one year.
Daniel, G. Thomas and Blades were in my opinion the must gets to make this class solid. I give this class a solid golf clap. Get Lenoir I give it an A-

I know we could have injuries at WR and have no depth. But I would rather sign 3 WR this year and 3 next year, than 5 and 1. Recruiting is easier when positions are more balanced by class.
I agree... Sure would like to have gotten Onyemaobi instead of signing just 1 kid
