Looking forward to getting this guy on campus. Anyone know if he's an early enrollee? Would be great to get him on campus for spring practice. Should be a strong addition to the offense next year.

FWIW, 247 still has a CB for him 100% to PSU and ON3 shows him 94.3% to PSU.
