I know all of the rumors about Dee/NBA based on his twitter messages, so how about his last one from yesterday:

He has too much upside to blow it by leaving too early. Would hate to see him have to go to Siberia to play basketball. The team is all his next year for the most part but he needs to be a better leader and less of a basket case at times.
