Ce Ce Jefferson will be at OM? WTF How in the hell do they get big name recruits to give them a look? I mean his top four teams are Florida, FLorida State, Alabama and......OM? seriously? I don't get it.

No doubt. Cam is

going to be a stud. Hell he already is, really. He's going to be a big recruit.

Word spreads of what happens on their visits. Hell, I'd visit too. The funny thing is that the most Christian of programs has by far the least Christian of visits.

Well they do get

nice incentives to visit. Who can blame them. I wish we would up the ante.

We had an assistant at the MC-Clinton game and both of our Clinton players (Cedric Jiles & Grant Harris) were there decked out in their MSU gear. Akers is going to be a big-time recruit.

A few years ago, I probably would have said something along the lines of it eventually catching up with them, but my faith in the system meter dropped to empty following the Cam Newton saga.

I am now on the polar opposite end of the spectrum that says to just do what you gotta do to get the recruits you want. Cam was right. The money's now just "too much" for anybody to do anything about it

Check out the first paragraph of Godfrey's Bagman article (which should pretty much hit the nail on the head, btw):

The Bag Man excuses himself to make a call outside, on his "other phone," to arrange delivery of $500 in cash to a visiting recruit. The player is rated No. 1 at his position nationally and on his way into town. We're sitting in a popular restaurant near campus almost a week before National Signing Day, talking about how to arrange cash payments for amateur athletes.
"Nah, there's no way we're landing him, but you still have to do it," he says. "It looks good. It's good for down the road. Same reason my wife reads Yelp. These kids talk to each other. It's a waste of money, but they're doing the same thing to our guys right now in [rival school's town]. Cost of business."
