Is he always a complete Ole Miss homer? That's maybe my second or third time to listen, so this is an honest question.

Ole Miss is a very good football team, & truly, the only chance we have to win this game is the fact that it is the Battle for the Golden Egg, & anything can happen.

He is just calling it like it is, which is what his show is based on............@ a personal level, he is all Maroon

and a *** wipe to go along with it. His show sucks and I mean not the common ordinary suck but a nose in the *** while sucking kind of suck. The kind that would make Nina Hartley blush. He is truly amazing. Think about it, how many people can talk and suck at the same time while having both his head and computer both up his ***.

Ok I done!

Seems he goes way out of his way to show that he is not bias and he comes off like a Ole Miss Homer. I have tried the Bo several times while driving to work and found that my road rage grows, so I listen to Paul Gallow. I get my sports in the evening with Ben Ingram.

Finebaum can pull it off in Alabama though b/c he's a UT alum. I think it would be somewhat difficult to have an "unbiased" sports talk program in MS if you graduated from either State or Ole Miss.

but don't hate on the guy b/c he's smart enough to get a bunch of sponsors.

I don't get mad at DS for all the stupid ads around this board.

If he says something negative about Mississippi University he will follow it up with something negative about MSTATE. Example: "Ole Miss fans think they are a New Years Day Bowl team yearly, much like State fans are wrong in believing they are a sweet 16 program."

He has gotten where he acts like he doesnt want to piss the rebel contingent off and maybe its because most of his sponsors are UM Alum.

The lifestyle part can go though. Everytime that biotch comes on for the Mint Commercial I want to punch her in her throat fat. I dont eat at Mint just because of that commercial. Ill go to their sister resturant Julip which is better anyway.

Morning show. If you get in the car around 7.40, you will get a 4-5 minute comercial break at 7.48, and another on at 7.54 so they can come back on for about 30 seconds just before the top of the hour news. They will come back on with an 'infomercial' about either Paul Antonys or perhaps that fatass Doug Coulsons trainer after 8 and it goes on and on. Oh, and then you get the daily callers such as J my phone breaks up M, Sugar I am very high on Ray, Son of a ***** Sabin and not to mention the mock NFL drafts and all of the other ramblings on obscure sports topics, all from the "sponsor's studio." At least slick rick no longer calls.

I mean I could really care less that he bought a new shirt from the Rouge or was drinking wine while vegging on a steak and smoking a cigar from Habana and for the love of crap please get of the CEO vent and comparing everything to companies and rock stars. There is truth in all that but dude please!!

Yes Chuck and Doug are way beyond closing the studio. Ben Ingram to me is the best around.

because he's actually reduced the non-stop "...you know" verbal tic he had going. There were a few mornings where if I could have slit my wrists with the steering wheel, I would have. The constant draft commentary is enough to make you turn off the radio. Why Randy Bell hasn't put a lid on that yet, I have no idea.

I used to listen to him in the morning. But it got to where every time I got in the car, they were at commercial. I know it's not his fault, but it is still the reason why I don't listen to him in the morning.

Ben's a cross between a monotone Baptist preacher and Jim Rome. The only way he can set himself apart from the other local yokels is that he hardly ever goes to the phone. And frankly, during weeks like this is when you want the phone lines to light up. I don't ever feel like I hear anything on the show because after he comes on at 4:10 and then "sets the tone" for the first segment I'm approaching the house and feel like I've been preached at about sports for a few minutes. In trying to be different than the others, his show often comes across as dull and boring.

that much better. Considering we'd be 6-5 right now if we played their non-conf. schedule or maybe one a bit more difficult, I think "only chance" is a bit strong. I do acknowledge that it could be a blowout. That would be a bad sign for our current coaching staff if it is.

It just felt like he went out of his way to point out that "This game probably won't be very close" or "I don't know how State expects to stay in this one". It got to the point where it was distracting.

but he just isn't that interesting. When he was at 930 callers drove the content of the show and he gave his opinion, and it was decent. In the ESPN format, he is having to recycle the same old "Lifestyle" or "Football is business" **** and it is getting old.

Actually, the 930 morning show is the best in Central MS. They talk sports and are not scared to give an opinion.

Bo has great potential, but needs to lay off the wine and cheese lifestyle smack (I think he as cut back on this). His rockstar and business mantra also gets old.

Ben is by far the best around, but will probably bolt for greener fields soon.
