Schiano mentioned he's excited to open up the season against a Big Ten opponent.

He spoke a little bit about adapting your schedule for a Sunday, excited to be the only game on Sunday at noon.

Spoke about JaQuae Jackson adapting to the team, conditioning, training and said he's done a really good job with all of that and mentioned he's very talented.

He spoke about the injury report rule from the Big Ten and mentioned with gambling being the way it is, that the rule makes sense.

Said he's never been more excited to be the coach of this team and never been more excited to be at Rutgers.

He seems pretty happy to be the only game on TV on Sunday.
