I just clicked the link and it was streaming already. Nothing but the field crew watering the infield though. Regardless, there was no type of authentication to verify Pac-12 Channel providers.

HailState.TV, when compared to this, is like a major network HD. Stationery camera gives some video but really can't tell much about what is going on. It is much better than nothing though! At least there is audio!
