10. Some message board basement dweller (redundant?) will call for Mullen's head if the Bulldogs don't become bowl eligible. It'll probably be one of those wack jobs who thinks Rick Stansbury can't coach.

no chance in hell we sell out every game. Game 1 at Jackson St probably. And bc we win that then likely LSU but after that Ga Tech won't sell out unless we somehow upset LSU

but keep spinning your facts however you want Stans bashers and he will continue proving you wrong. I would like to think a Sweet 16 run or better would **** them up but I know better.

We make it to the Sweet 16 and lose you will hear "this team should have made the Elite 8, this is bull **** blah blah blah".

...if we win the West with an ultra talented and very deep team next year but bow out in round two, you and others will lead the "We WON THE WEST! What is everybody so pissed about?" chorus.

He needs a Sweet 16. That is what his resume is missing. That will cure a lot.

it has been publicly stated that the Sweet 16 is the goal for this team. If everybody qualifies and we win the west but bow out in the second round again yes there will be people saying what you said they would but it will be FAR fewer people than:

1.) have said it in the past

2.) the number of people saying the season was a let down

If we don't make the sweet 16 with the potential team we have put together the season will be viewed as a let down by the majority of State fans regardless if we win the West or not in my opinion.

about it, not less.

But you said that in the second part of your post, but the opposite in the first. So I'm not sure which way you're leaning...

That better for you?

Even if we win the West there will be more people that say the season has been a let down if we don't make the Sweet 16 that people who are satisfied with just winning the west and losing in the second round.

1. We will be better on offense than we were at any time during the Crooms regime. Because of this, we will move the ball more, score more points, take advantage of turnovers created by our defense, force our defense to play less minutes per game because the offense is moving the ball...

2. We will keep games closer for the reasons stated above

3. We will pull an upset because of #1

4. We will stay healthier on defense due to playing less snaps on defense because of #1

expect football crowds to stay near capacity all season

are at home- meaning they will be closer

Many of you are about to see just how 17'ing bad Crooms was as a coach. We are going 6-6 this season
