No doubt there will be. If you look at twitter guys like Adam Schefter (spelling?) have been putting him in the group of top un-drafted players since the 1st round ended. You can bet if he does not get drafted the media will say it was because he came out. My personal opinion is that with the timing of his announcement it was all a publicity stunt. He could have announced it after the draft or during his college years. But he choose to do it right before the combine.
With all that said, I'd love to see the Dolphins (my favorite team) draft him, if he's available in the 5th or 6th round.

haha... They got rid of Ingonito and the black bear John Jerry. It would be a good PR move. Equivalent to MSU hiring Croom.
All joking aside, he had a very good senior year in a very good conference. He deserves to get drafted.
I typed his name in twitter to see what people were saying and 90% of the yahoos tweeting about him are saying that he would have gone in the 1st round if he hadn't come out.
Obviously these are people who don't know anything about football and just see "Co-DPOY" and want to make a fuss, but that's exactly what we're dealing with here. Sports world knows who he is, an out of position player that doesn't hold pick value, but by coming out he now brings with him a media circus. Ala Tebow.
I don't care about him being gay, but if my team drafts him I'm going to be pissed. 6 of his 11.5 sacks came against Arkansas State and Vandy. His TFL all came against bad teams too.
Credit where credit is due, but if he's not a media darling he goes undrafted and never makes a 53 man roster.

He did come out in college. They kept it under wraps from the public at-large because he didn't want to become a bigger story than the team as a whole.

So, you think there is nothing fishy about the announcement? I can understand him not wanting it as a distraction for his team last year but why have it as a distraction for the draft process.
Look I'm fine with him being gay. So, before you go there next I just want you to know that. I wish him nothing but the best but I just believe he made the announcement to help with publicity. We probably won't agree on this though.

Commish said it best. If you can play football, people will accept anyone (looking at you Ray Lewis). Guy can't play in the NFL. Would be great if I was wrong, but I doubt that's the case.
A poor way to measure. You'll never know how most people really feel, because most of them won't say. Especially those that disagree because it can cost them a lot to do so. Exactly how those now in power want it.

Will there be a stink, there already is one. Should there be? No. Gay or straight, if you can play you'll play. He had a really good season, and so did Willie Evans and Titus Brown a few years ago. The knock on Willie and Titus just like Sam is they're tweeners. Too short for end, not fast enough for linebacker.
It's strange that he's turned into some sort of sociological rorshach test.

If he stays undrafted, it's all "league still intolerant cowards! Owners horrified of change!"
