A West Virginia boy who went through the Greenbrier with me will be on Road Trip tonight at 9 on the Cooking Channel. He is the chef of the Lockeland Table in Nashville which is up for the James Beard Foundation best new restaurant award. Hal is from Shepherdstown and is a great guy and a huge Mountaineer fan.
