"I don't want our kids to say we won two out of three, that's a good weekend. But I don't want to be overly critical, either. I want them to say we had a chance to do something special this weekend instead of doing something a little bit above-average. In my opinion that's how you become great. <span>Not to say two our of three is a bad weekend, but to have your foot on the opponent's neck and have the opportunity to really come after them, and let that slip away, really hurts. You don't want that to bleed into what you've got to do in the middle of the week also. That's what I'm going to tell our guys, I'm gong to say if anybody says hey, that's OK, we had a good weekend, two out of three is good…that's not what we're after."

I don't even really like baseball, but Cohen has even got me fired up. I know we may not be a great team this year, but it feels good that we have a coach who expects to win and doesn't take losing lightly.

THAT's baseball. Hell, THAT's college sports!

"Both teams accomplished what they wanted. Alabama got into the tournament and we played well enough not to get swept."- Ron Polk

This still pisses me off.

Very nice! 2 of 3 is great, but it's nice to see that we, hopefully, won't just lay down on a sunday game
