The RSS is going to be a lottery pick

Sidney hit a milestone this fall: he’s finishing conditioning drills for the first time in his career.
“That doesn’t mean he was winning every race,” said
Stansbury, “but he made it through it. For him, that’s a step in the
right direction. We’ve just got to keep stepping the right way and not
step back.”</p>

that he's finishing them for the first time because it's the first time we've done them?

“Our State?” he said. “Like I told you all, I don’t worry about our
state. I worry about Kentucky and I worry about Florida. Those are the
people I compete against. That’s the way that’s been. So, hey, that’s
where it is. You all know the results and records on that.”

there are Little Debbie snack cakes at the end of the drill... that's the only way he would be 'motivated' enough to finish them.

Translated: We don't worry about Ole Miss at all and everyone already knows this isour state in basketball.

Now that being said, if he can just get Sidney to treat every game like he did the Ole Miss games last year then we will kick some serious ***.

Even without Sidney we have the players this year to make some noise. I liked what I saw out of our team on the Eurotrip - toughness and defense. Yeah, the competition may not have been the best but I bet it was on-par with most of our OOC competition this year.

What I'd really like to see is no more bad losses to ****** teams, SEC or non-SEC.

The only thing preventing more is only having 3 true big men and the fact that Bost will always be out there.

Real deal. Big Sid is in a LOT better shape. He had just finished a workout and was coming out as I headed in. Huge difference from last year

This is going to be the year for Stansbury to finally get the Sweet 16 off his back.

We should have a dominating front court plus some nice guard play. Plenty of experience and talent on this team.

That said, if this season is another disappointment, I don't think we have the option of firing Stans...I think he hangs it up. I've always thought he's on the stubborn side, but if he can't win with this year's roster, I think even Rick realizes it's not going to happen...
