We left 20 runners on base the last two games this weekend. To me RISP is where this team will live and die. It doesn't matter which of Humphreys, Gardner, or Collins is put into the lineup they will be surrounded with singles guys. They will not change this teams offensive identity. We're a station to station team on offense which puts more pressure on us to execute with two outs/RISP.

agreed. we really struggle to get timely hitting yet prevail in most games simply because of the sheer volume of runners we get on base via walk. give this team a couple of adam fraziers or jeff reas and we could be really tough to beat. no doubt we get em on, we just struggle to get them in.

We also ran into some generous umpires at LSU, which hurts a team that likes to draw walks.
