Looking for some photo editing help...

I need to take this logo and get rid of the white background. Essentially, I want the silver/gray text to appear on a transparent background. PM if you think you can help. I can e-mail you the file if necessary.

P.S. This is a charity my brother has started and it's starting to get some national attention. Look out for a college pick'em league announcement to support the charity soon!

If you place that file one a black background though, the smaller words "Hunting For Heroes" at the bottom is pretty skewed.

Something tells me that there's really nothing to do about that except change the font type... Any thoughts on this?

And I'm sure there's something you can do to fix it without changing the font, but I don't know how to do it. Sorry.
