Each to his own but I've got 2 in the upper East (I've given to customers/friends in the past) and 2 in lower West side I normally use. I've sat in both and this year I'm going to change them to all upper level I think. I like the view from up top much better. My lower levels on West side are on row 10 and I can see the tight end or tackle on offense and the DE on defense and that's it when they snap the ball. When a sweep comes to my side you can't tell what happens on the sideline i.e. where he steps out, late hits, did receiver catch it or not, etc because of the team being in the way. From up top the view is totally different, you can see lineman splits, holes open up, receiver routes, stunts and blitzes, screen plays unfolding etc, its much different. I hope to get a lower row than I have now up top (currently 12th) and I'll be happy. There's never a wait for the rest rooms, the concession area is air conditioned and has chairs and tables, tv's for when you are down there and the price is only $175 per ticket (for now anyway) plus your Bulldog Club donation. The downside is the wind when its cold or the sun occasionally, the walk up the ramps or the wait at the elevator if you choose to do that but the rare occasion I've done that I never waited more than 10 or 15 minutes. Like I said, each to his own but a different perspective.
