Also...what I didn't expect is that the family plan no longer includes unlimited VOICE minutes.

looks like they are going to get rates up to speed with AT&T and Verizon and charge $30 extra for streaming data. Even if pricing evens up with those companies, they still have best service, towers and all. I switched to Verizon early in year b/c of iPhone but would definitely switch back if they bring a "buy out your contract" promotion. Something tells me though, they will never offer that promotion again with the large number of traffic that phone will bring alone.

they are going to miss out on some family plans. 1000 minutes? We only have 500 shared minutes but then again we are allowed to add 5 favorite phone numbers that don't count towards our minutes. Verizon also offers 10 favs plan. Also data is data is data. PERIOD. No reason that streaming should be different. video on facebook? seriously? do customer want to go down that road? If data and streaming are different then C Spire can define what streaming and data are at a whims notice with no recourse for the customer.
