I hope it works out for the Hokies, but a lot of these up and comers flame out when they get to the big leagues. One factor that has to be considered is whether or not he are going to bring along his best assistants and be able to have a great staff. Sometimes these guys leave behind coaches who stay at their old school and they have a difficult time replicating previous success.
