He is very quick and pretty damn stocky. Kind of reminds me of a high school/poor man version of Darren Sproles.

That dude is quick. Although I wouldn't suggest him doing it in the SEC, the speed at which he can stop and back up is amazing. I'm sure the coaches will kill that habit fast... Cool to watch at the HS level though...he's just toying with the opponents at his speed.

That Josh Robinson is a guy who committed to Central Florida last year, a born again Christian, or a drummer in a ****** rock band. </p>

I saw him at a camp in Starkville earlier this summer with our RB. He is lightning quick and cuts really well. Coach Knox seemed to love his hands..

I think he has a chance to make some big time plays out of our offense. Nice kid too..

The sheep in me says he looks very good...much better than Fosselman. I still don't know why we offered Fosselman other than to get to his teammate.

Not so fast on Fosselman. I know his name gets hidden by some of the bigger named WRs in this class, but after watching him play, I think he's a legit talent. He's got phenomenal ball skills and great hands.

Reminds me of Maurice Jones-Drew: shorter back with some nice explosiveness at the point of attack and good enough speed to run away from LBs. The most impressive thing in his video is that he knows when to turn it on and when to be patient.

An article pops up on Gene's page and all of the sudden Scout says he has an Ole Miss offer? I'm going to step back from the crazy now.

If I got paid to sell recruiting to either MSU or Ole Miss fans, every commit we got would have an offer the other school.

Who is going to call you on it? What happens if they do?

At signing day I would announce that we beat out the other school for every single signee. The bulk of the fan base would eat it up. Who cares if it is true.

All that said, the kid looks shifty and though he isn't 4.27 fast (no high school kid is, Dex ran a 4.5 at the combine) he looks quick enough to make someone miss.

His cuts look like Jerious Norwood.

super secret truths of our recruiting, so perhaps nutt covets robinson abnormally, but while the board does indicate he has an offer, i've never heard his name or seen him discussed in any ole miss recruiting conversation. i also notice that someone says last nite the profile did not indicate an offer. i would question whether he is on our want list. of course the whole football world did not camp out on dexter's doorstep either so he could be a great player.

there's plenty over the past few years that popped up on Ole Miss's commit list that said they had an offer from us and didn't.

The pissing contest won't ever be won. Ever. There's been chances for both teams to take the reigns and bury the one, and neither has done it, in all sports.

So let's call the recruiting war a 50-50 split, eh? Because you're not going to win it, nor is MSU. Is a given year we may get one or two better guys than the other. Never going to be domination.

the kids fudge...some think mail from a school is an offer and there are committable and non committable offers and then there are the coaches telling a kid we want you and the kid takes it as a real offer. the sites mostly report what the kids tell them about offers and if a kid says he has an offer rarely if ever will the site writer make him look bad even if he knows from his sources on staff that he doesn't.

but to the really important point in your post. exactly what fun is it to stop pissing on your rival?!?!?!? i'm telling you right now that tolerance is overrated and civility will absolutely KILL the SPS. we didn'twant any of the bums msu signs, period.

technically thesites should only be reporting what therecruit, his parents, his high school coach, etc. are reporting. The college coaching staff cannot discuss individual recruits, so these sitesshould have no inside knowledge on whether a recruit actually has an offer, because the coaching staffs are not allowed to say. Of course, we know that rules are made to be bent.

If Tobias Singleton says he has offers from MSU and Ole Miss,Gene cannotverifyfrom Mullenand Yancy cannot verify from Nutt because Nutt and Mullen aren't allowed to comment.

Did this thread actually make it to a 2nd page without any of us letting you know how much we didn't want him?

Well then maybe the kid is a liar because it was his own words form an article I read that he had offers from those places. He didn't mention the mail.
