Yeah - Maryland still leads by half a game. I think the point is that NU essentially controls their own destiny now, though.

It will all sort itself out. Good job by Erstad and the team, early on in the season it was looking rough, hopefully they can finish strong.
We would win the title by a half game if the huskers win out. They have 6 losses to Nebraska 5.5
Didnt mean to delete that. Yes that could happen. I sure hope it happens as that tie will hell us. But i really dont want to see us going into the conf tourney on a huge winning streak. One game at a time.

Actually, there is more to be said. Maryland is 14-6. NU is 11-5-1. That puts Maryland a full game ahead of NU right now. However, NU has 7 conference games left, Maryland 4. If both teams win out, NU would be 18-5-1, Maryland would be 18-6. NU would win the title in that scenario. If the season ended today, Maryland would be league champion.
If Maryland were to lose tomorrow and we win, we will be in first place by percentage points.
That tie was a result of running out of time in that Sunday game against Indiana. Time constraint is the only thing that saved them from being swept
I understand what you guys are saying about the loss column puts us in first. If for some reasin tye rest of the conf season was cancelled today, Maryland would take first place. Therefore they are in first place. Maryland has 4 more chances to win or (hopefully lose) and we have 7 more chances to do the same. They have the upper hand.
