Once that euphoric feeling wore off after the wins, the losses would be worse.

If we win those 2 games, Crxxms stays. Period. Beating Bama and OM is just enough to placate a sizeable portion of our sheepish fan base. I'd be pissed as hell, but it wouldn't matter. Our only hope of getting rid of Crxxms is 2-10 or 1-11, the only other win over Vandy (unlikely) or MTSU (iffy at best).

I think a win over either of these (especially BAMA if they are ranked) saves his job. But dont worry!!!! Stans has got some freshmens!!!

I will start going to deer camp and quit going to Starkville. Apathy will have taken me over at that point.

I wouldn't trade a loss to Bama for a win against anyone. I want our program to run the table the rest of the way. I dont want to suffer through losses so we can fire our coach. We need to stick it out with Croom. I promise you anti Croom jack asses will change your tune after these victories coming down the stretch</p>

to keep losing to you guys in football. Wins at the end of the season tend to carry over much larger in the long offseason. Ole Miss' DIABOLICAL PLAN TO END MSU FOOTBALL is to get 7 wins, then lose the Egg Bowl every season, thus keeping Croom at MSU forever.

Is Vandy good? I mean they're 4-0 and I guess the Auburn game this week will speak for itself. I think they're not a good team. But they're winning the close games that they used to lose. Ole Miss isn't a test because they ALWAYS think/expect Ole Miss as their best chance to win an SEC game. Auburn will be that test. A lot of years I've seen Ole Miss escape with a win because of one or two better athletes. Most times the OL/DL play was equally physical. Vandy is big up front, but (outside of pass protection) I thought we pushed them better this year than any in the past fifteen years. They've always had that "one" guy that hurt us. This year it was a DB.

Hand the ball to Dixon 30 times (and don't turn it over) and State beats Vandy by 14-17 points.
