If I was an insider and " in the know" I believe I could figure out that the get fired was not the guy that made the offer. Maybe he called him and pranked him ?? But whatever. Even 6'2 is not tall enough these days. My point is we didn't know the kid was too short ?? A guy that makes a living coaching and evaluating shouldn't need a tape measure to see 3 missing inches. Correct. There will be plenty more decommitments between now and then…..especially after Lebby is canned in late October / early November.
The one in the back in red shirt has less middle girth but I think its a draw when you compare his moobs to hers
If you would like to wager I’m your huckleberry. I’m pretty salty on this team and staff this year. I’ll wait til I go to a few practices in August before I have my prediction but I’ll wager we win enough games to keep Lebby
This made me laugh. My son will be a freshman OL at a juco. He is around 6’4 legit but on a visit to a school for spring practice, the OL coach called him straight out for trying to look taller because he was wearing cowboy boots. We all laughed about it but maybe this kid was wearing boots in the photos

8? You do realize we are playing 9 SEC teams (none of which are against KY or Ark) plus a pretty good Big 10 team on the road this year right? 7-5 will be a really good season. Even 6-6 would probably be acceptable unless some of the teams we play just end up being way worse than expected. We will likely be betting line underdogs in 10 of our 12 games this year.
Bump. Just wanted to point out from what I said on Monday. Flipped the Tupelo LB who was committed to Stanford and just got a commit from the Best DL in La.

They’re both 3*, but borderline 4*. Class still ranked #50. But I agree these 2 are good commitments & definite improvement.
The Tupelo LB is what is expected of an MSU coach.
As far as the LA DL, why are we recruiting out-of-state players who will just transfer home as soon as they develop? So, so stupid. This is no longer 2015.
We haven’t lost a significant player to the home state in three years. We can still sign in state and out of state players. If your looking for reasons to be upset at these commits you just are negative
We have to sign good out of state players like this. If he turns out to do well & transfers to LSU, so be it. At least we got a good player for a year or 2. It’s not like the in state players are going to be super loyal anyway. And there’s just not enough good in state players to fill out a signing class.
If we want to keep him we can also offer him a competitive amount as well. I’m not saying we have Texas money or ATM money but if we want to keep a kid we have the money to be aggressive.
We now need wins and I think the recruiting factor will take off as well. Having Rascoe on staff doesn’t hurt especially when it comes to LA prospects
The only position he could play is center and we can find a center that's not a damn midget. Kid went to visit damn Tulane after we dropped him.
I do know people and know a great deal about the ins and outs of our program. Re read the thread not only did I lay it out for everybody I also said we were flipping a kid and picking up the DL we got yesterday.
We drop a g5 in state player “why aren’t we recruiting guys like this?” We get a 4 star DL from Louisiana, “why are we recruiting guys like this?” You guys are just miserable and would rather be right than Mississippi State win
