the Sugarland stage will be in the North Endzone. I assume that means they'll have the bleachers removed? Maybe the groundwork for the end zone expansion is being laid pretty soon?

that the bleachers would be removed, and that they would do the foundation work. Then they would replace the bleachers for next season.
As soon as next season ends, the plan is to go at it.

to do. If u are talking about going ahead and laying concrete foundation they would have to steel re bar in place and sticking up out of the ground for the supports later. I think that would be a liability issue if you are going to put bleachers over it.
