Do we have a moderator on this board? I'd say it's past time for this thread to be locked or removed.

No. Outside of Lamar, they don't have better overall talent. They just don't. It's just coaching. period.
Name five UK players that would start at Louisville.

The only one that comes to my mind is Stanley Williams, and he wouldn't start so much as split carries with Radcliff.

OVERALL talent. Beyond that, and assuming you're talking about draft projections, we are a very young team. Of course we don't have as many draft projections. The biggest difference between these teams isn't a talent disparity, but a huge coaching disparity. I'm paying your team a compliment. Take it.

Keith Kelsey and Stacy Thomas are better than any linebacker on UK's roster. Devonte Fields and James Hearns are better than any DE. In fact, UofL's defensive line is better across the board. Despite all of the preseason hype UK's secondary has received, you'd be hard-pressed to convince anyone that they are more talented than UofL's judging by their play this season. Lamar is obviously light years better than any QB on UK's roster. James Quick and Jamari Staples would both start at receiver for UK. UofL's offensive line has played much better than UK's. At TE, UofL has several weapons in Hikutini, Towbridge, Crum, and Standberry. Jaire Alexander is one of the best punt returners in the country. One of the only UK players that you could reasonably argue is more talented than his UofL counterpart is Stanley Williams, but even that is debatable given how well Brandon Radcliffe is playing this year.

You don't want to admit it, but the talent gap between the two programs is pretty large. You can throw out recruiting rankings if you'd like, but the results on the field don't lie.

This is totally false and just sour grapes on your part. Fields did not threaten with a gun and the girlfriend ended up admitting she was just mad at him and wanted to get him in trouble. He has been nothing but good since he's been here. Harvey Clemons and Wiggins followed Grantham from Georgia and tell me how many college football players mess with weed?

To call the program a nightmare of human beings goes beyond the pale for any fanbase. How you can sit there an judge the human condition of the people who make up the UofL football program and not consider your own words is unbelievable. I understand not liking your rival. As a Cards fan I don't like UK's dominance in the basketball series but I would never call the program or the players human debris which is what you're doing. Your fellow UK fans should totally admonish your hateful remarks.
the UL boards talk alot worse about Cal and UK. than this trash ^

Dont act all high and mighty.

I 100% agree UK starters may only take a few spots...but the UK fans would argue if James Hearns would have stuck with UK vs.UL...he'd be just another LBer out of position and not exploding on pass rush, etc..

Jason Hatcher was a bigtime recruit and he was so ordinary looking...he never developed. We'd almost all argue a guy like Towles would have looked way more like Brian Brohm vs. where his career ended up at UK. Dorian Baker would not have been a slow WR with stone hands...but more like Montrell Jones who ended up with a solid career.

Stoops and staff don't get guys to perform at great levels which is killing the fanbase.

It's called coaching. But you fools keep thinking you have Alabama's roster. Fact is (and I hope it never happens), is that you are one QB injury away from being a lot more pedestrian than you think you are. I'm from Louisville, and attended Louisville, but it's this same overestimation of your university's pecking order, that turned me off from ever being a fan. The ONLY reason you jackwagons beat us last year, was because of your freak QB and better coaching. It wasn't because we were playing the 85 Bears. I'm always amazed that Cards fans can get those flat billed caps to fit over those swelled heads.
