BIG upgrade in baseball too. Dan McDonnell has that program rolling for a (former) Big East team. He's won 217 games in 5 years(43/yr). Should be a perfect fit in the ACC...
IF Maryland gets out of paying the full $50 mil price tag, I still look for the Big12 to try to raid the ACC to get to 12 or 14 teams with(ideally) FSU and Clemson. If that move is successful, the other cards will still fall IMO. UNC/UVA and NCState/VaTech have basically formed alliances to stick together, so I imagine UNC gets to basically make the decision where all 4 play...
