Not scoring TD's like this is why more than anything the Cards have lost three games. Brohm again didn't give the ball to Brown at the goal line. It just doesn't make much sense.
We can't get out of our own way with these penalties. I think Brohm's game plan was short to medium passes to set up the run, but the false starts have put us behind the downs.
How about some misdirection or screens, especially to Brown. It's starting to look predictable what Louisville is doing on offense. The one trick reverse play has been the longest gain. Need more of that.

How could he have seen? It's definitely intimidation and there will be a suspect PI on Louisville later in the game because of it.

I am traveling so I can’t watch the game I am keeping up with the score online. We have to remember there are 2 halves in every ball game. I hope the 2nd half is like the 1st half.
There is just no reason to drop that pass. We just can't seem to get away from these blatant errors that almost always hurts us in the end.

Another FG instead of a TD because Brohm is afraid of the 4th and 1 and you can't blame him. Almost every team today goes for it on 4th and 1 near the red zone and had we had any success with it, Brohm would have went for it.
We need to score every possession.

I think it's been very clear Louisville was the more prepared team tonight. Clemson’s weak schedule is most likely the reason. Cards players knew they had to be buttoned up to win and Clemson’s players figured they were already buttoned up because of their recent stretch of blowout wins.
