Sutton looks as uncomfortable setting up in the middle of that zone as Eddie Sutton at an AA meeting. Just not his game. And how many wide open jumpers can 2 teams miss in one half? And I’m not even including McMahon’s 30 foot desperation bombs. The few times we’ve got the ball to the baseline, we either mishandle the pass or not attack the rim quick enough and lose it on a double team.
The 2nd part is not surprising for this overachieving but limited team.

Sutton looks a little to robotic/mechanical at the high post so far.
I may be wrong but it sure looks like Williams is open for lob over the zone.
Scratch that, everyone is just standing around looking at each other, we’re screwed

How about trying a little motion pass, cut through zone. My God...they are just tossing the ball around perimeter and nobody looks comfortable at the foul line. More reason to pass and move. This is hard to watch and no adjustments.
Daughter and oldest grandson are at game She rescued him from having to sit in student section. They are not having a good time.
I guess we have already conceded the game with with King and Agua in. Maybe CCM didn't think the starters were giving the effort and pulled them but why not we're toast in this game.
Good, they don’t deserve the minutes. This game is the worst effort we’ve given all year.

We’re trending down at the worst possible moment of the year. Florida St and Duke loss looks like it got in their heads.
I think the Duke loss devastated them but I also think they had been playing way over their heads all year. I honestly have no idea how they positioned themselves to be where they are at this point.
Last night was terrible but if someone would have told me that after losing the players we did we would be 18-9 at this point and still solidly in the tourney, I would have said Hell Yeah! I think the trajectory is straight up for Coach Mack here.

They had some great seats at half-court, were up close to Cardinals and I got to see them on national TV. Darn shame we didn't get to see the real Cards. Take a daughter to the game when she is young and you never know where she will wind up.
After watching Enoch last night against BC, I would have really liked to see him in the middle of the Cuse zone. I'm not saying he would be the answer there, and his passing skills are suspect, but he has the height to see over the zone and can hit that mid range/foul line jumper better than any one else on the team.
