I think we have a good chance to win this if we play hard. We match up with them size wise a whole lot better than what we did against Syracuse.
That guy is bumping Enoch's really hard underneath how is that not a foul. Let's see if they call it the same at both ends if they do I am fine with but they seldom do.
We are fighting hard for rebounds on the defensive end but on the offensive end we are just standing flat footed.
Enoch’s problem is he gets it and it’s going up. Kick it out, repost in better position, and then go. He has some post skills, just doesn’t think through the game well enough. I’d also like to see him get tougher. Challenge guys instead of looking to take a charge.
I hope the 2nd half goes exactly the same way the 1st half went. We have to keep on them on the defensive end and not let them get in a groove.
This whole game when VA drives the lane and misses there is an automatic foul called. We drive the lane and the defender is in the restricted area and the foul is called on us.
Terrible call but if we can’t get a better effort from our bigs - worst effort of the year - and stop straight line drives to the hoop, we’ve got no shot.

Agreed. Semi makeup call with the foul drawn by Williams. He walked at least three times.
The sad thing is the bigs are better 3 point shooters than low post scorers.
Just got an urgent email from the CDC - Its been confirmed that the team is infected with the dreaded VJ virus so it all makes sense now. I don't know folks its not looking good . This was a game we could/should have had. The defensive rotation today was just ... Ugh. How many times are our big men going lose their man and leave someone wide open under the rim for crying out loud. Yes I know Noch made a shot here and there but I personally don't won't him shooting 3's .Does he even have a sprinkle of a low post game as it was like watching VJ vomit on himself when he got the ball down low - Jiminy Crickets . And the amount of ugly a$$ shot attempts we took today is enough to make you sick. Without real consistent shooting across the board it's going to be tough sledding and I believe we all really knew this going into this season. While Mack's T showed some support for the team ( bad call) As much as I hate to say it I feel this squad just did a Greg Louganis quality high dive into the wood chipper. I can hear the " Who's on the bubble " chatter in the background. Have a good one gang !
