I have never paid much attention to softball but I'm really pulling for her. She really seems to get it.

Crazy how all of our "new generation" coaches are seemingly on the same page and very supportive of each other. Them working together can overcome some of our other limitations -- as can be seen by all the 2-sport stars we have been getting that we've never sniffed in the past.

The other sports support softball -- and they return the favor. Seems like a recipe for future success...

That all starts at the top. It started with Byrne and Stricklin is picking up where he left off. We're hiring aggressive coaches who understand that it's not just about their sport. When one sport does well, it's good for the whole athletic dept. and the whole university.
