I'm not sure where you are getting that 80% home dog cover crap - but no. Just no. 80%? people go crazy over systems that approach 60%.

Here's stats of this year's home dogs to date.

</p> <table class="data" cellspacing="1" cellpadding="2"> <tbody> <tr class="datarow"> <td>Home Dogs</td> <td>51-50-2</td> <td>50.50%</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <table class="data" cellspacing="1" cellpadding="2"> <tbody> <tr class="datarow"> <td>Home Dogs</td> <td>51-50-2</td> <td>50.50%</td> </tr> </tbody> </table>

Pro home dogs this year are even worse.

Favorites are killing in the NFL this year.

That explains why I've had an incredibly good run in the pros the past 2-3 weeks. For college or pro, I usually go for the favorites, especially home favorites, and just don't pick the game at all if I have doubt that the favorite will win by more than the spread. Occasionally I'll pick the dog (like UT +33 at UF), but not very often.
